The Company respects and supports international standards, such as Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), and International Labor Organization (ILO), and formulate its human right policy in compliance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions where it operates.Our Commitments

Management Measures
- The Company guarantees fair treatment and respect for all employees, regardless of race, belief and religion, color, gender, nationality, age, or physical characteristics.
- Ensure that employment standard comply with local laws and regulations.
- Respects individuals will, and prohibit any form of forced or compulsory labor.
- Provide employees with health examinations and group insurance coverage.
- Provide employee benefits and various activities such as company trips, birthday celebrations, festive events, and club activities, as well as subsidies and allowances for employees and their children for further education, and for occasions such as weddings, funerals, and other significant life events.
- Fire alarms are installed on every floor, and fire safety equipment is inspected quarterly.
- Fire hydrants and extinguishers are installed at designated locations, and building evacuation and fire extinguisher drills are conducted on an irregular basis.
- In compliance with the new regulations of the Taipei City Health Bureau under the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited in all office areas.
- Blood pressure monitors and alcohol sanitizers are installed in the office.
- Provide diverse and open channels of communication, strive to promote harmonious labor-management relations, respect employees’ freedom of association, and foster a positive labor-management relationship.
Implementation Overview
The Company continues to promote its human rights policy and implement management measures. In 2025, internal training sessions on the human rights policy were conducted for department heads and employees to raise awareness of human rights protection and workplace equality. A total of 156 participants attended, with an aggregate of 87 training hours. Looking ahead, the Company will continue to strengthen awareness of human rights protection and reduce the likelihood of related risks.
