| Insurance and retirement | According to the local government regulations, pay related insurance and labor insurance, health insurance, group insurance, pension reserve, etc. The company operates an employee cafeteria and provides meal subsidies. The company has established an Employee Welfare Committee (referred to as the Welfare Committee), responsible for planning and promoting various diversified welfare programs. The Welfare Committee encourages employees to propose suggestions for improving welfare systems and designing welfare measures that better meet the needs of employees, including holiday bonuses, birthday gifts, holiday-themed activities, health check-ups, and parking spaces. Additionally, the committee encourages employees to participate in and establish clubs during their leisure time, fostering interests and expanding interpersonal relationships through group interactions. | Retirement | The Company's Labor Retirement Reserve Fund Supervision Committee has been approved by the Labor Bureau of the Taipei City Government. For employees subject to the old retirement system, in accordance with the "Labor Standards Act (Old Retirement System)", 2% to 15% of the total monthly salary is allocated on a monthly basis. Retirement funds are transferred to the old system retirement reserve account of the Trust Department of the Bank of Taiwan. From July 1, 2005, following the Labor Retirement Pension Act, 6% of monthly wages are withheld to be deposited into individual retirement accounts at the Labor Pension Fund Bureau. |
