Product Security & Vulnerability Reporting

Shuttle Inc. is committed to product security and follows a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process in accordance with the principles of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

We welcome security researchers, developers, and users to report potential or confirmed vulnerabilities in Shuttle products. Upon receiving a report, we will investigate, validate, and address it as appropriate.

When reporting, please include the affected product/firmware version, a description of the vulnerability, and steps to reproduce if available.
